About Taylor
Hi, I’m Taylor, a certified health and nutrition coach passionate about helping teen girls and women build a healthier relationship with food, their bodies, and themselves.
After going through many years of my own struggles with body image and my relationship with food, I became deeply interested in understanding how nutrition, mindset, and self-care impact both physical and emotional well-being. Through that journey, I learned that true wellness isn’t about perfection or restriction — it’s about building trust with your body and creating habits that support you for the long term.
Today, I use both my professional training and personal experience to support young women in developing confidence, self-awareness, and sustainable wellness habits.
My Approach
My coaching is rooted in the belief that wellness should feel supportive, empowering, and sustainable — not restrictive or overwhelming.
Rather than focusing on rigid rules or dieting, I work with clients to build habits that help them feel strong, energized, and confident in their bodies.

Why I Do This Work
In today’s world, many girls begin to feel pressure around their bodies and food at a very young age. Social media, sports performance expectations, and comparison can make it difficult for young women to feel confident and connected to their bodies.
My goal is to help girls and women develop a foundation of self-trust, knowledge, and confidence so they can take care of their health in a way that feels empowering rather than stressful.
I believe every girl deserves to grow up feeling confident in her body and supported in learning how to nourish and care for herself.

When I’m not working with clients, you can usually find me practicing yoga, exploring wellness practices, journaling, or spending time outdoors.
